Jackie, we're supposed to get another snow storm here starting late tonight and into Tuesday. Husband going to the store to buy milk and basic necessities. It seemed that when I was living in Lake County we got a lot of snow and cold weather. I remember one winter when I was in grade school we got a blizzard and I walked to school from our house on the southwest side of Lake George across the frozen lake and downtown to the Lutheran School. The only person besides me who made it was Mr. Berlin. Remember 20 degrees below zero winter days were not that uncommon. I'd rather have snow and very cold weather than 40 degrees and rain.
